This used to be me.

& I know exactly how it feels to be where you are.

I still remember the moment when, at 8 years old, a passing remark was made by a relative about me gaining weight, and suddenly I became acutely aware of my body and size.
This feeling didn't leave me for almost 2 decades.

Although at that time I was not overweight, this self-perception that I was, kick-started years and years of dieting, food fears, emotional eating, bingeing, self-hatred, self-blame, and ultimately, continuous weight gain.

I tried everything, and knew everything there was to know about food and nutrition and calories, because I was taught, and believed, that it was all to do with food. That if I could just have better self-control and willpower, then I could achieve my dream body.

Now I know why that doesn't work, and that there is a better way.

With a decade of experience as a doctor in both the NHS and the private sector, particularly in preventative health, I have extensive experience in coaching people on how to make real and lasting changes in their health and lives.

I am currently also completing my qualification to become a certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician.

In this third pillar, we'll explore and build greater, evidence-based health habits to invigorate you and your life, in ways you never considered before.

  • We'll address sleep, an often neglected but absolutely fundamental factor in weight loss and weight maintenance.

  • You'll learn the fascinating science around sleep, hormones, cravings, and your genes, and how to bio-hack all the above in a way that promotes a slimmer you.
